User Management

In order provide better reporting and easier methods for managing policies the Edge platform includes the ability to setup user accounts. With these accounts reports will automatically use the user name instead of an IP address.

User can be managed via the web interface and be entered either individually or using a simply CSV template. The Edge platform will soon be able to connect to Microsft Active Directory to pull users directly from the local LDAP database.

With LDAP support the Edge platform is able to easily and automatically match user information with network traffic based on the currently assigned IP address of the user.
