Return Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Any hardware appliance sold directly by XRoads Networks may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase order date for a full refund of the purchase price less any shipping costs and support/restocking fees under the following conditions.

  • All returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA number.
  • RMA numbers MUST be obtained from XRoads Networks.
  • Returned units MUST be received in resaleable condition (see below).
  • Returned units MUST include all of the original cables, mount kits, packaging and other components which were originally shipped with the product.
  • Returned units MUST NOT have scratches or any damage that would keep the unit from being resold.

The acceptance and condition of any returned unit is determined in the sole judgment of XRoads Networks. All unit sales taken from new stock are subject to the highest return standards. Any accepted return which has been opened is subject to a maximum 15% restocking fee based on the resalable condition of appliance.

Upon the issuance of an RMA number the return MUST be delivered to XRoads Networks within 15 days of the issuance date in order for the return to be accepted. If a return takes longer than 15 days, and it is accepted, there is a minimum 15% restocking fee.

NOTE: NFR and exchanged units are not covered by our standard return policy and are non-returnable, please contact an XRoads Networks representative for more information. Any accepted evaluation unit returns are subject to restocking fees upon a finding of any significant damage, missing components or missing internal packaging.
