Extended Two-Year Limited Warranty

XRoads Networks warrants every XRoads product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period that applies to the particular XRoads product you have purchased. The Edge product line comes with a one year limited warranty which can be extended to two years with our annual platform maintenance coverage and provides for the replacement of the hardware if a failure occurs under normal operating conditions within that standard warranty period.

XRoads Networks guarantees that every product will be free from physical defects in material and workmanship when used within the limits set forth in the specifications section of the User Guide(s). If the product proves defective during the warranty period, call XRoads Networks Technical Support in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number. When returning a product, mark the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package and include a copy of your original proof of purchase. RETURN REQUESTS CANNOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE. Customers shall be held responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Spare-In-The-Air Program

In the event that an Edge device does suffer from some type of critical failure, XRoads Networks will ship out a replacement unit within the same day that it is notified of such a failure. Shipping is provided via FedEx overnight to ensure the fastest possible restoration of service. The customer is then responsible for sending the failed unit back to XRoads Networks for diagnostics and failure determination. If it is found that the failure is due to a defect in the material or workmanship, there is no charge for the replacement unit. Limited to one overnight replacement per contract. Spare-In-The-Air is only available to customers in the United States at this time, unless otherwise provided through an international partner.
